We are All Just People

I feel as if

Everyone

Rumbles

    in their shoes

        Only when the news covers it 

      People get outraged.

     People start to protest.

  But if not for the news 

      We would have never known a clue.

          what about the times when people are silenced?

 Cut off from the world

Viewed as criminals 

    Only because they look different

 Or have a different perspective on life

What about the people?

What about the children?

We all are just people.
